When is rent due?

Residential Property Management, Inc. has a rent collection policy in place that says rent is due on the first of the month. Tenants understand this expectation and the consequences of paying late.

What costs am I expected to pay out of the rent?

We will deduct our monthly management fee as well as any costs that came up at your rental property during the month. Examples might be maintenance or pest control.

How soon until I get my rent?

When tenants pay online and you agree to direct deposits via ACH transfers, you’ll have your rent payment early in the month, allowing you to take care of your mortgage payment or any other expenses.

What if rent isn’t paid?

At Residential Property Management, Inc., we will immediately contact tenants when rent is late and we’ll continue to work with them until the rent is paid, taking steps towards eviction when necessary.
