The security deposit we charge is equal to a min. one month’s rent, depending on the overall outcome of the applicants screening results. We perform photo move-in/move-out inspections documenting the properties condition. We also take care of tenant move-ins, move-out, cleaning and other tasks. The security deposit clause is mentioned in our rental agreement and can be reviewed by either party’s lawyer. Security Deposits are handled as per ORS 90.300 and PCC 30.01.087.
