Residential Property Management, Inc. is a full service property management company, specializing in houses, townhomes, condominiums, and plexes. Our clients include individuals and private investors, specifically in the Greater Portland and surrounding areas. At RPM, we believe in working closely with our clients in identifying their individual needs and goals in an effort to bring value to their investments and confidence and security to their well being.
We have been in business since 1990, and our growth is completely referral based. Our business philosophy is slow growth through quality service and the generation of referrals from satisfied clients. We are long time members of the National Association of Residential Property Managers. We are technology-oriented, and because many of our clients live outside the area, we find electronic communications, digital photographs, and the Internet to be very helpful and beneficial to our clients.
