Tenant Screening Process
We process applications to rent on a “first come, first served” basis. (An Application to rent can be printed from the link below).
We require an applicant's income be three times the monthly rent, and they must have a positive rental history. To apply, bring your completed application and $40.00 in cashierʼs check or money order (per applicant) to our office. We will process your application within 24-48 hours.
Once approved, you may place a deposit on the rental unit to hold it until you move in. The typical amount will include a refundable security deposit equal to one monthʼs rent less $25.00. We can hold a vacant unit up to two weeks.
